摘  要:目的:探讨脑疝导致自主呼吸停止不同时间窗血液中生化指标的变化及其临床意义。方法:beagle犬32只随机分为正常组、假手术组、手术组。通过右侧颞叶硬膜下球囊注水致犬自主呼吸停止,观察自主呼吸停止不同时间窗(15,30,45 min)血液中生化指标的变化。结果:脑疝致自主呼吸停止不同时间窗血液中尿素氮、钙、总蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、钾、钠浓度发生了改变;多元逐步回归表明:随着自主呼吸停止时间的延长,总蛋白、尿素氮、钾均下降,相关系数分别为-0.234,-0.415,-0.486。结论:脑疝导致自主呼吸停止后将引起部分血液生化指标的改变,自主呼吸停止时间的长短和总蛋白、尿素氮、钾呈负相关。Objective: To investigate the changes and significances different time after respiratory arrest induced by brain hernia. Methods: 32 of blood biochemical indexes in beagle dogs were randomly divided into normal, control and operation groups. The respiratory arrest were made by injecting water to right subdural balloon in operation group. The changes of blood biochemical indexes were observed in different time (15min, 30 min and 45 min) after respiratory arrest. Results: The concentrations of many blood indexes were changed at different time after respiratory arrest,such as urea nitrogen, calcium, total protein, globulin, glucose, potassium and sodium. The concentrations of urea nitrogen, total protein and potassium were decreased following time prolong of respiratory arrest by muhi-element-stepwise regression analysis. Their correlation coefficient were -0.234,-0.415, -0.486 respectively. Conclusion: The respiratory arrest induced by brain hernia results the changes of certain blood biochemical indexes. There is a negative correlation between the duration of respiratory arrest and the concentration of urea nitrogen, total protein, and potassium.
