我国城市老年人体育生活方式的研究

摘　　要：进入21世纪,人口老龄化问题成为继环境、资源问题之后,我国所面临的最为严峻的社会问题。针对目前我国人口老龄化的发展趋势,运用征引文献资料、进行社会调查等方法,对我国城市老龄人口休闲生活的现状与特点进行研究和分析,旨在构建我国老龄化社会进程中老年人的体育生活方式;指出制约城市老年人体育生活方式的主要因素,并提出相应的对策和建议,为促进我国老年体育的社会化发展提供参考。In the 21st century, in China, the aging of population is the greatest social problem besides environment pollution and resources shortage. Aimed at the tendency of the graying of China, this article surveys and analyses the leisure life of graying population in Chinese cities to construct the sports style of the elder people in the ageing process of China by citing the literature and making a survey. It points out the main factors of restricting the sports style of the elder people in the cities, and raises related strategy and suggestions to provide reference for promoting the socialization of Chinese sports activities of the elder people.
