摘　　要：文章在简要叙述了巴西电力工业基本情况的基础上,分析了巴西电力体制改革的起因、改革的法制框架和电力市场模式,介绍了巴西各环节电价形成机制情况,最后提出了巴西有关改革对我国的借鉴意义。Based on the brief introduction of power industry of Brazil, the paper analyzes the background of electricity sector reform, the legal framework of reform and the mode of power market in Brazil. At the end of the paper, the related suggestions to our country from Brazil reform are proposed.
