凉山州并网小水电调度自动化管理方案研究

摘　　要：在分析四川省凉山州小水电发展概况和并网小水电调度管理现状的基础上,阐述了加强并网小水电调度自动化管理的重要性,提出了三种性价比较好的并网小水电调度自动化管理解决方案,并对三种方案的优缺点进行了分析比较。The importance of strengthening fire automation management of the small hydropower network is described on the basis of analyzing the small hydropower developments of Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan province. Titan three automation management schemes for the small hydropower dispatching arc proposed, and the their advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed.
