摘  要:本文在大田条件下,用贵州大学农学院水稻研究所新育成的叶片自然卷曲的籼稻恢复系贵农筒恢作亲本材料,与生产上常用恢复系CDR22、绵恢501、密阳46、多系1号、蜀恢162、泸恢6、蜀恢725、Q31678、明恢86、838、测64-7、6078、明恢63、恢77、桂34、晚3等组配,测定亲本、正反交杂种F1、正交F2及回交B1C1的叶片卷曲度,结果表明:用叶片全卷的贵农筒恢与平叶型的品种组配,不论正反交,杂种F1的剑叶及倒二叶均呈半卷叶型,表明其卷叶性状是由核基因控制的,进一步分析表明其卷叶性状是由主基因和多基因共同控制的混合遗传,符合两对主基因+多基因混合遗传的模型,在F2代主基因的遗传率为0.80左右,多基因遗传率为0.10左右。Guinongtonghui,a Indica restorer with the characteristics of naturally leaf rolling, was used to cross with CDR 22, Mianhui 501, Miyang 46, Duoxil, Shuhui 162, Luhui 6 ,Shuhui 725 ,Q31678 ,Minghui 86,838 ,Ce 64-7,6078 ,Minghui 63,77 ,Gui 34, Wan 3. Leaf rolling index was measured for leaf rolling character of parents,positive and negative cross F1 ,posifive cross F2 and back cross B1 C1. The results showed that when Guinongtonghui with wholly rolling leaf was crossed with lines with open and flat leaf, flag leaf and invert second leaf of hybrids Ft in both pesitive and negative crosses became half rolling, indicating the leaf rolling characteristics was controlled by nucleus gene. The further analysis indicated the leaf rolling characteristics was controlled by main gene + minor polygene,which fitted the mixture genetic model of two pair main gene + tiny effect. At the inheritance rate of main gene in F2 contributed to about 0.80, and the inheritance rate of polygene was about 0.10.
