摘 要:本文通过研究茄子黄萎病抗性鉴定方法.明确了茄子黄萎病抗性鉴定的接菌方法、接菌量、接菌时期以及抗性型划分标准。结果表明,将黄萎病菌培养制成2×10^7·mL^-1的孢子悬浮液,在茄苗3—4片真叶移栽时伤根接菌,接每株10mL的量施用孢子悬浮液接种黄萎病菌,接菌后60d,按5级法分级调查各品种的黄萎病发生情况,根据病情指数可以确定品种的抗性型。利用该方法对31个品种进行鉴定,不同抗性反应型品种的病情指数差异显著,鉴定结果与多年生产上的抗病性表现一致,表明该方法鉴定结果准确可靠,能客观反映茄子品种的抗病性能。The evaluation method of eggplant variety resistance to Verticillium wilt was studied. It had been established by studying the suitable inoculating mean, dosage, stage and resistance type. The disease would fully occur 60 days after inoculation at 3 - 4 true leaf stage when the seedlings were transplanted,with 10 mL of Verticillium dahliae spores suspension (2 ×10^7·mL^-1 ) per plant by watering the injured roots. The plant symptoms were classified into 5 grades. The resistance type of each variety was determined by disease index. Resistance of 31 varieties was evaluated using this method ,the result showed that the method was effective and exact.
