摘  要:果园土壤低B条件下,于龙眼假种皮发育期间,树冠分别喷施1%CaC l2、0.2%H3BO3、1%CaC l2+0.2%H3BO3溶液及清水3次,探讨Ca、B营养对龙眼叶片、假种皮糖积累及假种皮、果实生长发育的影响。结果表明,喷施1%CaC l2对叶片糖分转运、叶片和假种皮糖分积累产生的作用不稳定,对假种皮和果实干物积累及生长发育产生的影响不明显;喷施0.2%H3BO3、1%CaC l2+0.2%H3BO3,对促进叶片糖分转运、降低叶片糖分积累、提高假种皮糖分积累、促进假种皮和果实干物积累及生长发育有明显效应,但1%CaC l2+0.2%H3BO3处理的效应不如0.2%H3BO3处理。Effects of calcium and boron nutrient on sugar accumulation and fruit development of longan was discussed under the condition of lacking boron nutrient in soil, and spraying three times on leaves and fruits with 1% CaCl2 ,0.2 % H3BO3 , 1% CaCl2 + 0.2 % H3BO3 solutions and water(CK) respectively during the developmental stage of longan aril. The results showed that 1%CaCl2 spray had not steadily influenced on sugar transport in leaves, sugar accumulation in leaves and aril. Moreover, 1% CaCl2 spray had not obviously influenced on dry matter accumulation in aril and fruits ,not influenced on development of aril and fruits. Both 0.2 % H3BO3 and 1% CaCl2 + 0.2 % H3BO3 spray had significantly promoted sugar transport in leaves, descreased sugar accumulation in leaves ,increased sugar accumulation in aril. Moreover ,both the two treatments had increased dry matter accumulation in aril and fruits ,promoted development of aril and fruits. However, the effect of 1% CaCl2 + 0.2 % H3BO3 treatment on sugar accumulation and fruit development was less than 0.2 % H3BO3 treatment.
