摘　　要：指出北欧国家电力市场改革平稳发展,实现了国内、国间资源优化配置,形成了世界上第1个跨国电力市场。北欧四国逐步建成了较为完备的电力交易体系(Nordic Pool),为市场主体提供了灵活的交易方式、丰富的交易品种,满足了市场多样化的需求,提高了市场运行的效率。对北欧电力市场的发展、组织结构、交易类型等进行介绍。The stably advancing electricity market reform in Nordic countries realizes optimal resource allocation inside and among countries, and creates the first multinational electricity market in the world. In the four Nordic countries, the electricity trade system called Nordic Pool is established, which provides convenient trade methods and various products for participants. Consequently, the diversified demands of the market are satisfied, and the market operation efficiency is improved. Based on analysis of the development, architecture, and trade types of the Nordic electricity market, suggestions on the three-level electricity market under construction in China are proposed.
