摘　　要：电力企业体制改革对人才培养模式提出了新的课题,对传统的培训方式提出了新的挑战。分析了基于IP／TV技术的远程教学培训系统的可行性,介绍了系统的工作原理、系统特点及在电力企业的应用效果。The restructuring of power enterprises sets new requirements for staff training modes, and challenges the traditional training method. The feasibility of the long-distance training system based on IP/TV is analyzed, and the working principle, features of the system are presented, as well as its application effects in power enterprises.
