Monitoring and Administering of Resistance of Rice Stem Borer,Chilo suppressalis to 4 Conventional Insecticides in Nanchang Region

摘  要:采用点滴法就2001~2006年南昌地区第1代二化螟幼虫对杀虫单、三唑磷、阿维菌素及氟虫腈的抗药性进行了监测。结果表明:南昌地区第1代二化螟幼虫对这4种药剂抗性水平趋于逐年增加。对杀虫单的抗性倍数为10.36~47.53,属中至高抗水平;对三唑磷的抗性倍数为7.44~33.98,属低至中抗水平;对阿维菌素的抗性倍数为3.22~8.72,由相对敏感发展到低抗水平;对氟虫腈的抗性倍数为2.47~4.98,为相对敏感阶段。并提出了二化螟抗药性的治理方法。From 2001 to 2005, the resistance to four insecticides in Nanchang population of rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis collected from the first generation in the field was monitored by topical application. The results showed that the level of resistance of larvae to four insecticides ( monosultap, triazophos, abamectin and fipronil) tended to increase gradually year by year. The resistance to monosultap increased from median - to high - level ( RR = 10.36 - 47.53 ). The resistance to triazophos increased from low - to median - level( RR = 7.44 -33.98). The resistance to abamectin increased from relatively susceptibility to low - level ( RR = 3.22 - 8.72). However, the rice stem borer still was susceptive to fiproniI ( RR = 2.47 -4.98). The methods for administering the resistance of rice stem borer to insecticides are proposed.
