野生日本鸣鹑、家鹑及其杂交F_1代繁殖行为的研究

摘　　要：对微山湖野生日本鸣鹑、家鹑及其杂交F1代在分组笼养情况下的繁殖行为进行观察与数据统计,结果表明家鹑与野生日本鸣鹑在鸣叫、交配、受精率等方面均存在显著差异(P<0.05);杂交F1代繁殖性能介于两者之间,仅在交配行为和产蛋指标上与野生日本鸣鹑存在显著差异(P<0.05),打斗、鸣叫行为和产蛋受精率与家鹑存在显著差异(P<0.05)。这表明了利用家鹑恢复野生日本鸣鹑群体有效规模是有可行性的。Based on the on-the-spot observations, reproductive behaviours of three kinds of quails, namely, domestic quails, wild Japanese quails in the Weishan Lake Area and their first filial generation （F1） were studied. There were significant differences in each reproductive traits between the domestic quails and the wild Japanese quails（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Reproductive performances of the F1 s were in the middle of the domestic quails and the wild Japanese quails, though there were significant difference from the wild Japanese quails in mating and egg indexes（ P 〈 0.05 ）,and significant difference from the domestic quails in fighting, tweet and fertility rate（ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to the results, there is feasibility in restoring the effective scale of the wild Japanese quails using domestic quails.
