蛇胆祛痰作用的实验研究

摘　　要：用２组小鼠，每组１０只。实验组用蛇胆酒灌胃，对照组用生理盐水灌胃，均以气管内酚红排泄法观察。结果示，酚红排泄量实验组比对照组明显为高。说明蛇胆确有增加小鼠气管分泌。In order to study the expectorant effect of snakebile,20 mice were divided into tow groups,each group 10 The snakebile was given to experimental group by mouth but the normal saline to control group They were examinated by method of intratracheal P S P excretion There are significant diference between the experimental group and the control group The results show that the snakebile increases the secretion of trachea of mice,dilutes sputum,that is expectorant effect
