摘　　要：虽然正式的政策性金融机构已经在我国运行了十多个年头,但政策性金融的功能到底如何定位依然不是那么明确,这严重影响与制约了我国政策性金融的正常运行与发展完善。文章在对金融功能演进轨迹进行基本描述的基础上,通过对政策性金融与商业性金融的对比分析,提出了金融功能演进轨迹的分解图,从而在整个金融功能演进轨迹中为政策性金融寻找到合适的位置,由此对政策性金融功能进行了重新界定。Though policy-based finance has been in operation for more than ten years in China,the definition of its function is ambiguous,which seriously affects its normal operation and development. Based on the evolution path of its function and the comparative analysis on policy-based finance and commercial finance,the paper finds the appropriate position of policy-based finance in the whole evolution path and gives a clear definition of its function.
