摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定抗纤丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为280nm．结果：黄芩苷在0．1-1．00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9995，平均回收率为99．82％，RSD为1．76％（n=5）。结论：本法操作简便，重现性好，可用于抗纤丸的质量控制。Object： To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Kangxian pills. Methods： The separation was performed on a Phenomenex C18 column with methanol -water- phosphoric acid （47： 53：0.2 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 280 mn. Results： The linearity was obtained within a range of 0. 1 - 1.0μg （ r = 0.999 5 ）. The average recovery was 99.82% and RSD of 1. 76% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion ： The method is easy and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Kangxian pills.
