摘　　要：Industry transfer, which is the important approaches of escalating the industrial structure, directly affects the formation and changes of between different regions. Industry agglomeration improves the industry competitive power. Industry transfer with selectivity and the pertinence of industry agglomeration can stimulate the industry innovation, cultivating the industrial competitiveness.
