摘 要:文章以茜草染料染毛织物为出发点,研究了茜草染液的提取方法以及染色工艺参数对其染色效果的影响。结果表明,发酵24 h后,采用酒精提取的茜草染液所染毛织物颜色更红更深;茜草提取液在100℃沸水中能稳定存在2 h,但其耐酸、碱稳定性较差;茜草染料染毛织物的优化工艺为:染液用量6 ml,染液用量与铝离子媒染剂比例1∶2,染色温度100℃,pH值4.5。Aiming at achieving redder color and higher grade fastness properties on the wool fabric dyed with madder, this paper investigates the extracting method of madder dye and the effects of the dyeing conditions on dyeing properties on wool fabric. The research shows that the dye solution, which is extracted from madder with ethyl alcohol after madder has been fermenting for 24 hours, can dye the redder and deeper color on wool fabric ; the dye solution of madder is stable for 2 hours in boiling water, whereas its stability to acid and alkali is weaker. The optimized dyeing procedure of madder dye is that the dye solution 6 ml is used, the ratio of the used dye solution to aluminum mordant is 1:2,dyeing temperature is 100 ℃ ,pH value is 4.5.
