摘  要:针对涤纶和羊毛纤维的不同染色性能,对涤毛混纺织物回修工艺进行了探讨。在保证羊毛含量和织物强力的前提下,对主要工艺如剥色、染色加料工艺以及注意要点等方面作了分析。实验得出,漂毛粉浓度控制在2.0g/L时,剥色效果最佳;染色选用ANOSET WPN酸性染料,采用分散/酸性—浴法进行染色,染色温度105-115℃,保温15-20min。经该工艺处理的产品质量达到优等品标准,附加值高,获得较为满意的效果。Based on the difference dyeing properties of wool and polyester fibers, rehandling process of polyester/wool blended fabric was discussed. Key points to attention and the major procedure such as stripping process,redyeing process and conditions were analyzed on the basis of the least loss of wool fiber and strength. The optimal process parameters and conditions were introduced as following: the best stripping effect with dosage of blankit 2.0 g/L and one bath redyeing process with disperse and ANOSET WPN acid dyestuffs at 105 - 115 ℃, 15 - 20 min. Results showed that the excellent product quality was obtained with high added value.
