摘 要:研究了Inconel718合金喷丸残余应力场及在500℃、600℃高温保持过程中残余应力的松弛规律。采用钢丸、玻璃丸组合喷丸后,Inconel718合金表面压应力约为570MPa,距表面0.1mm处压应力达到最大值约为790MPa,距表面约0.55mm处压应力接近消失。采用玻璃丸喷丸后,表面压应力约为480MPa,距表面约0.06mm处压应力达到最大值,约为740MPa,距表面约0.4mm处压应力接近消失。喷丸后的高温保持过程中,残余应力部分发生松弛,应力松弛的动力学过程满足Zener-Wert-Avrami方程。Residual stress field induced by shot peening and stress relaxation at 500℃, 600℃ of Inconel 718 were studied. For the combined shot peened specimens, compressive residual stress at the surface is about -570 MPa, and the maximum value of the compressive residual stress is about -790 MPa. And the distance of the location of the maximum compressive residual stress from the surface is about 0.1 mm. For the specimens shot peened using glass shot, compressive residual stress at the surface is about -480MPa, and the maximum value of the compressive residual stress is about -740 MPa. And the distance of the location of the maximum compressive residual stress from the surface is about 0.06mm.The residual stress relaxes during following duration at elevated temperatures and relaxation process can be described by the Zener-Wert-Avrami equations.
