摘 要:蓝光问题几十年来一直制约着无机EL显示器的全彩色化进程。制备高亮度、高效率、高色纯性和长寿命的蓝光薄膜是无机EL领域的重大研究课题之一。自1999年以来,以BaA l2S4∶Eu为代表的蓝光薄膜材料的研究获得突破性进展,使无机EL不能实现全彩色显示成为历史。回顾了近几年国内外在BaA l2S4∶Eu蓝光薄膜的成分优化、沉积方法、后续退火、防潮处理、氧含量控制、钝化层设计等方面的研究进展,分析了存在的问题及其在无机EL器件中的应用前景。For several decades, the progress of full-color inorganic electroluminescent display technology has been hampered by the low luminance of blue-emitting phosphor. Therefore it has become the subject of intense world-wide research efforts in the field of inorganic electrolu- minescence to develop blue-emitting phosphors with high luminance, high efficiency, good chro- maticity and practical life time. Since its breakthrough discovery in 1999, the rapid improvement of the new generation of blue phosphors represented by europium-doped barium thioaluminate finally re-wrote the history of inorganic EL displays with flying colors. Efforts made in recent years in the improvement of EL performance of europium-doped barium thioaluminate phosphors have been reviewed in this article. These include composition optimization, deposition methods, post-annealing conditions, anti-moisture treatments, oxidation control and passivation layers. The challenges and the prospects of the new blue phosphors in EL display application are also analyzed.
