摘  要:目的探讨Rosco纸片扩散法检测酵母样真菌对抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法临床标本分离出酵母样真菌92株,采用VITEK-60YBC卡结合科码嘉念珠菌显色培养基(CHROMager)进行鉴定分型,用Rosco纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果92株酵母样真菌中以白色念珠菌为主,占69.6%。分离菌株对氟康唑(FCZ)、酮康唑(KTC)、伊曲康唑(ITC)、两性霉素B(AMB)、5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)的敏感率分别为95.7%、96.7%、100%、100%、93.5%。结论广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤药物的广泛应用,增加了酵母菌感染和耐药菌株出现的机会,加强真菌的检测和耐药性监测已具有越来越重要的意义。Objective To evaluate the susceptibilities of yeast-like fungi to antifugal drug with Rosco disk diffusion method. Methods Ninety-two yeast-like fungi strains were isolated from clinical specimens. They were identified with VITEK-60YBC strip and CHROMager medium. Drug sensitive test was performed by Rosco disk diffusion test. Results The incidence of Candida albicans was the highest(69.6%). The separated fungi were relatively sensitive to fluconazole (FCZ, 95.7% ), ketconazole (KTC, 96.7% ), Itraconazole ( ITRA, 100% ), amphotericinB (AMB, 100% ) and 5-fluorocytosine (5-FC, 93.5 % ). Conclusion By abusing broad antibiotic, immunity inhibitor and antitumour drugs, the chance of fungus infection and the emergence of drug resistance strain were increased. It was more and more significant to strengthen the isolation of fungi and the observation of drug resistance strain.
