摘　　要：在热网智能终端的基础上利用PCF8583日历/时钟芯片实现了停电记录的功能实现,保证了蒸汽计量的公正性.介绍了对该芯片的电路设计、软件设计,以及I2C的程序设计.In order to ensure the correct measurement of steam flow, the function of power cut record is achieved by combining the PCF8583 Calendar/Time chip（ or CPU） into thermal supply network intelligent terminal. The electric circuit and software design of chip （or CPU ） and I^2C program-is presented.
