UVN光疗仪治疗带状疱疹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对UVN光疗仪治疗带状疱疹进行临床观察,寻找治疗带状疱疹的最佳方法。方法对418例患者分别采用UVN光疗仪联合阿昔洛韦及单纯阿昔洛韦治疗,并进行临床治疗的观察研究。结果UVN光疗仪联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效明显优于单纯阿昔洛韦治疗,P<0.05。结论UVN光疗仪联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹,疗效可靠,可以阻止疾病炎性细胞浸润,促进患者早日康复。Objective To observate curative effect of UVN phototherapy instrument in the treat- merit of herpes zoster and find out a better measure method. Method Four hundred and eighteen patients with herpes zoster were observated by UVN phototherapy instrument combination of acyclovir or acyclovir alone. Result The curative effect of UVN combination of aeyclovir was better than that of acy- elovir alone. There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） between the two group. Conclusion UVN phototherapy instrument combination of acyclovir has good effect. It can prevent inflammatory cell infiltration and get well early.
