摘　　要：目的：评价州地区血液系统药物的应用现状及趋势。方法：对2001年-2005年广州市35家医院血液系统药物的用药频度（DDDs）及用药金额等进行统计、分析。结果：5年中，血液系统药物的用药频度基本趋于平稳；用药金额呈逐年上升趋势，年平均增长率为12．61％；临床用药以国产药为主，用药金额接近总用药金额的50％；用药频度上升最快的是氯吡格雷；消耗金额最大的是人粒细胞集落刺激因子。结论：广州地区血液系统药物的使用情况基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization status and the tendency of the hematological system drugs in Guangzhou. METHODS：The hematological system drugs used in 35 hospitals of Guangzhou city during the period 2001 - 2005 were statistically analyzed in respect to DDDs and consumption sum etc. RESULTS： During the 5 years, the DDDs of hematological system drugs were steady while the consumption sum increased year on year with annual increasing rate at 12.61%. The consumption sum of domestic drugs took the lead, accounting for 50% of the total. Clopidogrel increased the most rapidly in DDDs. Leading the list of consumption sum was filgrastim （G - CSF）. CONCLUSION： The hematological system drugs used in Guangzhou city is ratioanl on the whole.
