摘  要:针对二连探区赛83x井及赛79井低孔、特低渗且不含天然裂缝的特点,研究并应用了针对性强的低伤害变参数大型加砂压裂技术。主要包括:①动、静态相结合和微观、宏观相结合的综合储层评价技术;②线性胶与低稠化剂浓度冻胶组合注入模式;③多种粒径组合的支撑剂体系;④基液携带的多级支撑剂段塞与停泵沉降控缝高的组合技术;⑤多级加砂程序及螺旋式防砂堵加砂模式;⑥多级变排量控缝高与提高支撑缝长技术;⑦尾追砂堵技术;⑧新型的压后强制裂缝闭合技术。该技术在二连探区的赛83x和赛79井获得成功应用,压后分别获得了40.2 m3/d和18.7 m3/d的高产。对促进今后类似探井的压裂及勘探工作,具有一定的现实指导意义。To features of low porosity and super-low percolation and no containing nature crack of Sai 83x and 9 wells in Erlian exploration district, the big model of adding sand fracture tech of little damage changeable parameter is studied and applied which mainly includes:①comprehensive reservoir interpreting tech with combination of dynamic and static data, and that of microcosmic and macro data;②injection model of combination of linearity glue and low dense agent concentration freeze glue;③many grains of proppant system;④combination tech of many grains of proppant section plug carried by radicle fluid and controlling crack height for stopping pump making fluid fall down;⑤many grades of adding sand procedures and spire type of sand control and adding sand tech;⑥many grades of changeable unloading fluid to control crack height and increasing length of supporting crack;⑦trailed sand plug tech;⑧new type of crack close tech forcedly done after fractured. The successful application of this tech in Sai 83x and 9 wells of Erlian exploration district, high production of 40.2 m3/d and 18.7 m3/d is gained after fracture operation which has a reference means for guiding similar exploration well's fracture and its work.
