摘　　要：介绍了GIS建库方法以及存在的问题,提出运用点线模型进行GIS矢量数据采集,从根本上保证数据生产过程中空间数据之间具有正确的拓扑关系,从而消除在工作实践中各种不确定因素对建库造成的影响,达到顺利建库的目的。In this paper, GIS establishing database method and being problem were introduced, then point and line model was put forward to manufacture GIS vector data, by the roots it ensures that spatial data has the correct topology in the course of data producing to avoid the bad result which much unsure factor work on Establishing Database in the actual work. So Database is established successfully in the end.
