摘　　要：目的:了解大学生性知识、性态度、性行为的现状及性知识需求,为今后更好地开展大学生性教育提供科学的理论依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法抽取绍兴市某大学二至四年级学生1057人开展匿名自答式问卷调查。结果:大学生对艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,知道艾滋病3种传播途径比例在83.80%～89.73%,大学生性安全知识较低,有23.86%～40.04%的学生接触过黄色性信息,有14.65%学生已发生过性行为,性行为起始年龄平均19.04岁,平均性伴数1.69人,72.39%的学生在性行为中使用安全套的机率偏低。结论:对大学生性病艾滋病健康教育不仅要重视知识的传播,更要强调行为改变和安全行为的建立和维持,健康教育和行为干预应并重进行。Obiective ： To study the current status of sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, sexual behaviors and needs of sexual knowledge in college students. Methods： An anonymous self-administered questlonalre was conducted among 1 057 sophomores and undergraduate in a university of Shaoxing by random sampling. Results , University students were still short of AIDS knowledge. Students who were aware of the three routes of AIDS transmission accounted for 83.80%-89.73%, University students were still short of safe sex knowledge, About 23.86%-40.04% of them had contacted pornographic mediagraphic media. 14.65% had premarital sexual behaviors, The average age for sex initiation was 19.04,the average number of partner was 1.69. 72.39% of the students who have sextual activity have low condom use ratio. Conclusion, Not only the dissemination of the knowledge should be regarded, but also the change of the behavior and the establishment and maintenance of the security behavior should be emphasized in the health education of venereal disease and AIDS to the undergraduate , we should pay equal attention to the health education and the behavior Intervention.
