摘　　要：在分析中国国防企业特点和项目管理现状的基础上,结合笔者长期从事国防企业项目管理的实践和感悟,从项目管理的内涵、方法和应用前景三个层面,对国防企业项目管理的重点需求和基本特征进行了探讨与阐述。On the basis of analyzing the situation of characteristics and project administration for Chinese defensive enterprises, and combining the practice and realization at working of project management for defensive enterprises, this paper discussed and exI plained the major demands and basic characteristics on project management for defensive enterprises from three aspects of connotation, methad and application for project enterprises.
