摘 要:对烛状陶瓷过滤元件进行了过滤流动特性试验研究.试验结果表明,烛状陶瓷过滤元件沿轴向的不同位置过滤介质的压降和孔隙流速有较大的差别,开口端和封闭端之间的的差别最大,在高的过滤室压力和流量下此差别有加大的趋势.烛状陶瓷过滤元件沿轴向从封闭端到开口端的各个部位,都应尽量避免压降与流量关系曲线的非线性区,以减小流动损失.Filter flowing characteristics for the candle ceramic filter elements are studied experimenfly. The results indicate that there are great differences in the pressure drop of filter medium and the flowing speed through the void vacuum along the axis greatest differences occur at the open and closed ends. Under high at different positions, and the pressure of the filter chamber and high flux, the differences have the tendency to become larger. Every position from the closed end to the open end along the axis should avoid the non-linear section of the relation curve between pressure drop and flux,in order to decrease the flowing loss.
