摘 要:研究了大鼠颈总动脉与脑膜中动脉拉伸力学性质,为临床提供生物力学参数。取20只大鼠颈总动脉和脑膜中动脉血管在岛津电子万能试验机上进行单向拉伸实验,得出了颈总动脉和脑膜中动脉拉伸最大载荷,最大应力,最大应变,弹性模量等数据。结果表明颈总动脉拉伸最大应力和脑膜中动脉拉伸最大应力差异不显著(P>0.05),脑膜中动脉弹性模量大于颈总动脉(P<0.05),二者延伸率差异不显著(P>0.05)。We did the experimental study on the mechanical property of stretch between common carotid artery and arteria meningea media, and it will supply the biomechanics parameter for the clinic. We did the stretch experiment on the electron universal testing machine of Daojin with common carotid artery and arteria meningea media which got from 20 white rats. We can get the data on stretch ultimate load, maximum stress, maximum strain, and elastic modulus with common carotid artery and arteria meningea media. The stretch maximum stress were not difference remarkably between common carotid artery and arteria meningea media(P〉0.05),the elastic modulus of arteria meningea media were more than common carotid artery(P〈0. 05), the extensibili ty was not difference remarkably between them(P〉0.05).
