摘　　要：本文从拉伸试验机加荷机械结构和金属加工的角度,论述拉伸试验机的特性对材料测试过程和结果的影响,探讨了不同特性的系统导致试验结果产生差异的机理。分析了在拉伸试验机功能、精度都在正常范围的情况下,发生试验结果异常的原因。This article elaborates the characteristic of tensile test machine influences on the material test process and the result,Just from metal working and tensile test machine mechanical structure. It analyses that different characteristic system has caused the difference test result. The main goal is to analyse the reason of unusual test result with tensile test machine function and precision all in normal range.
