摘　　要：目的研究硒茶对氧化损伤红细胞的保护作用。方法利用自氧化、H_2O_2、及·OH激活氧化的方法诱导红细胞产生溶血,观察硒茶对溶血度及其产物丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果硒茶能显著抑制自氧化、H_2O_2、及·OH激活氧化所致的红细胞溶血作用,并降低自氧化MDA的含量。结论硒茶对氧化损伤红细胞有保护作用。Objective To study the protective effects of Selenium -tea on the oxidative injured erythrocytes. Methods Using the methods of auto -oxidation202 and · OH induced oxidation to erythrocytes, observe the effect of Selenium - tea on hemolytic degree and on the serum level of malondialdehyde （MDA）. Results Erythrocyte hemolysis induced by auto- oxidation and activated oxidation with H202 and·OH was inhibited by Selenium - tea and the content of MDA was lowered. Conclusion Selenium -tea has protective effect on the oxidative injured erythrocytes.
