摘 要:从运输需求、基础设施和运输组织的角度,系统研究了货物运输服务网络设计方法.其目标是在既有运输资源条件下,确定使总体费用最小化或利润最大化的运输服务集合,实现运输企业运力资源的优化配置和有效利用,同时满足客户的运输需求.在分析运输服务组织策略及其效益的基础上,建立了货运服务网络设计问题的频度模型,提出了一种基于分解法的启发式算法,并通过算例分析表明本文所述方法是可行的.The service network design problem that concerns tactical planning ot operations for transportation firms is of importance in transportation applications. In this paper, we focus on freight transportation service network design, which considers transportation demand, physical infrastructure, and transportation organization. The objective is to determine the cost minimizing or profit maximizing set of services, given limited transportation resources, while achieving optimal allocation and utilization of resources of the firm and satisfying customer' s demands. We discuss the transportation policies that carriers apply to freight transportation organization, and develop the general frequency model of service network design for freight transportation. As the problem is NP-Hard, we propose a heuristic decomposition algorithm. Finally, the application of the frequency model and its solution approach are illustrated with an example.
