摘　　要：近红外光谱分析仪在各种工业领域中的应用日益广泛。基于仪器的实用性、可靠性和易扩展性,设计了以TMS320F2812数字信号处理器(DSP)为微控制器的新型近红外光谱分析仪,具有体积小,传输速度快,可靠性高等特点。增加数字滤波功能,提高了信噪比。仪器在实际应用过程中获得了满意的预测准确度。Near-infrared spectrum is a promising method in process control and in-line use. The new NIB analyzer was designed based on TMS320f2812 DSP in view of the practicality,the reliability and the expansion, having its volume decreased and getting the transmitting speed and the reliability improved.And the inclusion of the digital falter made the signal-to-noise ratio enhanced.The satisfactory accuracy of prediction was achieved when the analyzer was used in practical application.
