摘  要:用PLC实现加氨的控制中,检测仪表采用能直接反映介质酸度工况的工业酸度计,控制方式是应PLC自带的PID模块,针对该系统惯性大的特性而建定参数,可消除大幅振荡,超调量小,调节品质高。采用变频器控制的交流调速系统,以得到较高的调速范围;变频器输出频率可以设定,电机不会飞速上扬或下降,电机的故障率较少;自动跟踪实现无扰动切换,用户可根据现场实际情况进行合理的参数设定。In control method with PLC, measuring instrument can reflect that the acidity of industry of the operating mode of medium, the control method is to use PID control theory and direct against the characteristic of this system with old inertia and build definitely. It is small to exceed the adjusting amount and high to regulate quality. Frequency converter is adopted to control the speed systematically. Wider adjusting the speed range can be gotten, the frequency converter can be established while outputting frequency, the electrical machinery will not be raised up or drop, the fault rate of the electrical machinery is little, follows and realizes having no perturbation to switch over by oneself, parameters can established rationally according to the on-the-spot actual conditions.
