摘　　要：领导者是组织中的主要角色,领导者素质的高低决定着领导工作和活动成效的大小。现代的管理对象,一般都是关系复杂、情况多变的系统,这就对领导者的素质提出了更高的要求。要求现代领导者应具备思想道德素质、科学文化素质、心理素质和组织决断能力。The modem management object is generally the complex relations and changeable situation system, which request leader＇s higher qualities. The leader is main role of the organizations; therefore, the leader＇s quality decides the effects of works. Through the explanation of leader quality implication and the leader quality which affects in the leadership, this article has further analyzed the necessary qualities of the modem leaders on thought morals, scientific culture, psychology and organization resolution ability aspects.
