摘　　要：本文结合组建中国首支维和医疗分队的成功经验,提出选拔维和医疗分队人员要把握三个关键环节：一是确定抽组医院,综合评估实力,确保维和医疗分队整体保障能力；二是确定选拔标准,满足危险、艰苦、复杂维和环境工作需要；三是确定选拔程序,严密组织,充分调动大家参与维和行动的主动性和积极性。According to the successful experience of building up the first medical contingent of China peacekeeping troop, we proposed that to select the members of the contingent, we should pay attentions to three aspects： First, be sure sample - forming hospital, evaluate the synthetical strength and ensure whole support ability of medical contingent. Secondly, make sure the standards of selection to satisfy the needs of danger, hard, complex working environments. Thirdly, make out selecting process, mobilize the go- aheadism and positivity of members.
