摘　　要：为加强医院信息化建设,提高机关办公效率和质量,利用工作流管理技术,结合医院现有资源,对医院机关管理系统的功能、设计、关键技术等进行研究,从而为开发该系统奠定基础,由此实现医院机关管理的信息化、数字化和自动化。To strengthen the informatization construction of hospital and improve the efficiency and quality of department management, the paper proposed to carry out the research on the function, the design, and the key technologies of management system of hospital department combining with hospital resources in existence, which was based on the workflow management technique. The research will establish the foundation of exploiter of the management system,and help hospital to realize informatization, digitalization and automation of department management.
