摘  要:①目的 探讨大鼠肢体缺血再灌注(LIR)后脊髓神经元Bel-2、Bax表迭的变化及其意义。②方法 复制实验性大鼠缺血再灌注模型,采用尼氏染色观察脊髓L2-L5节段的病理学改变,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡情况,免疫组化检测凋亡相关因子Bcl-2、Bax表达的变化。③结果 大鼠LIR后,脊髓前角神经元周围出现水肿裂隙,Bcl-2、Bax凋亡相关蛋白表达量明显上调,12小时达高峰,随后逐渐下降,Bcl-2/Bax的值在24小时最小,而细胞凋亡数量最多,Bel-2/Bax的值与凋亡数呈负相关。④结论 LIR后可导致脊髓前角神经元损伤,并出现细胞凋亡.其发生与Bcl-2、Bax凋亡相关蛋白的表达有关。Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of apoptosis related protein, including Bcl - 2 and Bax after hind limbs ischemia - reperfusion (LIR) in rats spinal cord. Methods The limbs ischemia - reperfusion model was established in rats. The histo pathological changes of spinal cord were determined by Nissl staining, apoptotic cells were detected with TUNEL, the expression of apoptosis associated protein, such as Bcl -2 and Bax were determined with immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax following LIR significantly increased, peaked at 12h and gradually decreased. The Bcl- 2/Bax ratio kept minimal at 24h, while apoptotic cells were most, Bcl - 2/Bax ratio and apoptotic ceils was negatine correlation. Conclusion Hind limbs ischemia - repeffusion (LIR) lead to spinal cord injury and the apoptosis of/ieural cells. The expression of apoptosisassociated factors, including Bcl -2 and Bax may play a vital role in regulating the neural apoptosis following LIR in rats.
