摘　　要：昆山是祖国大陆以利用台资为主开展对台经贸合作的典范,是两岸经济合作的重要品牌,在两岸关系发展中占有重要的特殊地位。开发区建设、政府优质服务、制度规范与产业配套是昆山在对台招商引资方面积累的成功经验,这些成功经验对大陆其他地区的对台招商引资工作具有重要的参考价值。Kunshan city is the nonesuch of economy and trade cooperation between China maintand and Taiwan, is the symbol of the Cross - Strait economy cooperation, and it is important in the relationship of China mainland and Taiwan. Construction of exploitation zone, government good service, system criterion and industrial matching are the successful experience of Kunshan city in using Taiwan Residents investment. The experience has important referenced value to the other areas of China mainland.
