摘  要:中国电力标准DL/T 621—1997《交流电气装置的接地》所推荐的接地网最大接触电位差计算公式的缺点是不宜用于面积S<30 m×30 m的小型接地网。为此,提出了以正方环为基本几何模型的接地网最大接触电位差新计算公式,它既适用于小型接地网,又适用于大型接地网,而且,它还比以平行导体为基本几何模型的美国《交流变电站接地安全导则》的最大接触电位差计算公式更符合接地网的实际情况,且物理概念和几何概念也更清楚。新计算公式与计算机数值算法比较,相对误差较小,且适用范围大,可供有关工程人员参考使用。The shortage of the calculation formula for the maximum contact potential difference of ground network recommended in Chinese power standard DL/T 621-1997, Grounding for AC electric installations, is that it is not suitable for small ground network with an area S〈30 m × 30 m. Accordingly, a new calculation formula with square as the basic geometric model is put forward, which is fit for both small and large ground network. Furthermore, the proposed formula conforms more to the actualities of ground network than the parallel-conductor-based formula in Guide for safety in AC substation grounding of US; its physical and geometric concepts are clearer than the latter. As compared with computer numerical arithmetic, the new formula has smaller relative error and broader application scope.
