同心环波纹碟片旋转床制备纳米碳酸钙  

Preparation of Nano-Sized Calcium Carbonate Using Rotating Packed Bed with Homocentric Ring Discs as Filling

摘　　要：利用同心环波纹碟片式超重力旋转床制备粒径范围在20～30nm的纳米碳酸钙样品，并对影响其生成的因素进行了研究．实验结果表明：纳米碳酸钙的粒径随转速、气流量、气相中CO2的含量、晶形控制剂用量的增加而减小，在Ca（OH）2浓度较低的条件下，粒径随Ca（OH）2浓度的增加而减小；反应时间随转速、气流量、CO2含量的增加而减小，随晶形控制剂用量的增加而增加；在旋转床转速约为1100r／min、CO2含量约为40％（体积分数）、晶型控制剂用量为Ca（OH），质量的0．5％时，产品的粒径较小，反应的时间较短，是反应的最佳操作点．Nano-sized calcium carbonate with the diameter between 20 to 30 nm was prepared using the rotating packed bed with homocentric ring discs as the filing, and the factors which influence the production of the nanosized calcium carbonate were investigated. Experimental results indicate that （ 1 ） the diameter of the product decreases with the increase in the rotational speed, the gas flux, the CO2 content in the gas phase and the dosage of the crystal style controller; （2） when Ca （OH）2 concentration is fairly low, the diameter decreases with the increase in Ca（OH） 2 concentration; （3） the reaction time decreases with the increase in the rotational speed, the gas flux and the CO2 content, but increases with the dosage of the crystal style controller; and （4） in the optimal preparation conditions, that is, a rotational speed of 1100 r/min, a CO2 content of 40% （volume fraction） and a dosage of the crystal style controller of 0.5%, the product is of small size and the reaction time cost is fairly low.
