货运方式选择的灰色系统方法研究

摘　　要：运输方式的选择要考虑到多种相互关联又相互制约的影响因素,如运输时间、运输费用等,所以运输方式的选择也应该看成是一个复杂的系统问题.又因为某一运输方式在某些性能中表现的好坏又很难用准确定量表示,所以可以说运输方式表现出灰色性质.考虑把运输方式的选择问题看作是对多种可选的运输方式进行综合评价的问题,通过综合评价排定所有可选方式的优劣顺序,并选择出最优的运输方式.结合本系统的信息灰色这一特点,运用灰色系统方法来对多种可选运输方式进行灰色评价,并用综合权值排序方法进行排序.Choosing more appropriate mode of transport is very important for long-distance freight. Because many factors such as transport time and cost,which not only are interrelated but also contradictory,should be taken into account when to do so. It is a complex task. Furthermore, the performance of each transport mode can not be simply expressed as good or bad. It could be considered as a gray-colored question. In this paper, the task is taken as a comprehensive evaluating question to all kinds of transport modes, and the best appropriate mode will be selected by its rank in the evaluation. Because of its gray-colored characteristics, the algorithm on gray system theory is used to solve the problem, and to get the best answer from the queue it created.
