石榴皮鞣质体外抑精活性部位的筛选

摘　　要：目的筛选石榴皮中鞣质的抑精活性部位。方法按照世界卫生组织(WHO)标准方法,将新鲜精液与石榴皮鞣质各组分提取液直接混合后镜检。结果石榴皮鞣质组分中20%CH3OH洗脱部抑精作用最强,其最低抑精浓度为1.25 mg/mL。结论石榴皮中的鞣质具有体外抑精作用,为从石榴皮中筛选出新的外用避孕药提供了科学依据。Objectlve To screen the spermicidal part of tannin in Punica granatum L. Methods Using WTO standard method, the fresh sperms were mixed with different extracting parts of Punica granatum L, then microscopy was used to observe the inhibiting activity. Results The 20% CH3OH eluting part had the highest inhibiting activity, and the minimal concentration is 1.25 mg/mL. Conclusion the tannin in Punica granatum L had inhibitive activity against the motility of the sperm, it is feasible to screen a new inhibitor from Punica granatum L.
