布托啡诺联合咪唑安定在硬膜外麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察咪唑安定复合布托啡诺辅助硬膜外麻醉的临床效果及实用性。方法选取60例行硬膜外麻醉下经腹子宫切除患者,随机分为A、B两组,麻醉后分别给予咪唑安定复合布托啡诺或异丙嗪复合哌替啶静脉注入。记录BP、HR、SpO2及镇静情况、术中牵拉反应、遗忘作用等。结果A组对呼吸循环有轻度抑制,但术中镇静、抗牵拉及遗忘作用[A组完全遗忘20例(74%),B组为15例(45%)]好,不良反应小。结论只要加强术中监测,布托啡诺联合咪唑安定作为硬膜外麻醉的辅助药完全可以取代传统的复合药物。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and practicability of Butorphanol combined with Midazolam in the epidural anesthesia. Methods Totally 60 women scheduled for hysterectomy under epidural anesthesia assisted with either intravenous Butorphanol combined with Midazolam or Pethidine - Promethazine were randomly divided into two groups ： group A and group B. and BP, HR, SpO2, Sedative action, pulling reaction and amnesic extent were recorded. Results In group A, respiration and circulation were restrained less, and was with better sedative action, effective suppress to the pulling reaction of viscus and deep amnesic compared with that of group B. Conclusion Butorphanol combined with Midazolam can be a substitute of Pethidine - Promethazine in the epidural anesthesia base on a strict operation management.
