摘　　要：目的：探讨腓肠肌腱膜松解及肌腹延长治疗脑瘫痉挛性马蹄足的疗效。方法：采用腓肠肌腱膜松解及肌腹延长术治疗脑瘫痉挛性马蹄足17例28只足，男性11例，女性6例。手术年龄平均8．1岁（3．3—14岁）。结果：随诊平均3年（1—6年），足外形正常，踝阵挛消失，足的功能及生活质量均得到改善。结论：腓肠肌腱膜松解及肌腹延长是一种治疗脑瘫痉挛性马蹄足的有效方法之一。Objective：To find out the results of gastrocnemius lengthening with aponeurosis brisement for spastic equinus in the cerebral palsies. Methods： Seventeen patients with 28 equinus in the spastic cerebral palsies, who were 6 female and 11 men with average age of 8.1 year（ ranging from 3.3 to 14 year）, underwent Gastrocnemius lengthening with aponenrosis brisemerit. Results： Follow-up after 3 years （ ranging from 1 to 6 years） postop showed that all equinus got good appearance with extinction of the ankle clonus and improve function and quality of life. Conclusion： Gastrocnemius lengthening with aponeurosis brisement is one of effective methods for equinus in the spastic cerebral palsies.
