摘　　要：基于我院研究型医院建设的实践,分析医学保障部的现状、特点,对医学保障部集中保障模式,如为临床医疗提供多学科技术保障,及多学科建设和管理进行初步研究。Based on the practice in the buildup of the research hospital, this article analyzed the present condition and the feature of the medical support department, study the central support model such as providing multiple subjects support for clinic and the construction and administration of multiple subjects.
