护理干预对精神分裂症患者月经期病情影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对女性精神分裂症患者月经期病情的影响效果。方法将100例女性精神分裂症患者随机分成研究组和对照组各50例,两组均接受常规药物治疗,研究组还增加护理干预。两组患者在入组时和月经期均接受阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象量表(CG I)与住院观察量表(NOSIE)的评定。结果干预前两组患者在月经期到来的一周内,PANSS、CG I和NOSIE量表评分比较,经统计学分析,均P>0.01,差异无统计学意义。干预后两组患者的PANSS、CG I和NOSIE量表评分比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论对女性精神分裂症患者实施护理干预有助于月经期病情的稳定和康复。Objective To explore the influence of general nursing intervention on woman schizophrenia in menstrual period. Methods 100 women in-patients with schizophrenia were divided into the intervention group （50 cases ） and the control group （50 cases）. Both groups received the same medical treatment, and general nursing intervention was only used in the invention group. Both groups received the assessment of PANSS, CGI and NOSIE at the beginning of research and menstrual period. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of PANSS, CGI and NOSIE between the two groups before the nursing intervention, and there was significant difference after the intervention. Conclusion The general nursing intervention on woman schizophrenia plays an important role to stabilize the disease in menstrual period.
