摘 要:目的 了解骨科患者对饮食知识的知晓率及需求情况,从而更好地对患者进行饮食指导,促进患者合理饮食。方法 采用自行设计的问卷,于2005年8—12月对我院骨科150名患者进行了调查。结果 骨科住院患者对饮食知识认知率完全了解者占36.6%,部分了解者占53.3%,不了解者占10.1%。患者对饮食知识的需求中以对饮食与疾病关系的需求最为强烈,76.6%;在需求途径方面,以医务人员指导最为强烈,为80.7%。结论 大多数骨科患者对饮食知识较缺乏。通过加强对患者饮食知识的宣教,增强护理人员对饮食护理重要性的认识及加强护患之间的交流沟通,有利于骨科患者疾病的康复。Objective To investigate the diet knowledge and the requirement in patients of orthopedics department and supply better diet strategies for them. Method Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the diet knowledge and the requirement of 150 inpatients of orthopedics department from August 2005 to December 2005. Results 36.6% of the patients knew the diet knowledge very well, 53.3% of patients knew some and 10. 1% of them knew nothing about the diet. 76.6% of patients had strong requirement to learn about the relationship between diet and illness, and 80.7% of them hope to learn diet knowledge from the instruction of the medical staff. Conclusion Most of the orthopedic patients were lack of diet knowledge. Diet knowledge education and the communication between patients and nurses can promote patients' recovery in orthopaedics department.
