乳腺癌根治术后患肢功能锻炼效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后患肢功能锻炼的效果。方法对60例乳腺癌根治术患者进行患肢功能锻炼,分为3个阶段,卧床期、下床活动期和术后第二周至出院前功能锻炼。结果本组病例中,患肢功能锻炼效果:优47例(90.4%),良3例(5.8%),差2例(3.8%),未1例出现疤痕挛缩。结论患肢早期功能锻炼可提高患侧上肢的功能恢复,提高手术成功率和患者生活质量;患肢早期功能锻炼,活动不宜过早,避免患侧过度劳累。Objective To explore the effect of functional exercise of affected llmb in patients after radical correction of breast cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients were instructed to have functional exercise for affected limb after radical correction of breast cancer. The exercise was divided into three stages, in-bed stage, out-of-bed stage and later stage. Results The functional exercise of effected limb was excellent in 47 cases （ 90. 4% ）, good in 3 cases （ 5. 8% ） and poor in 2 cases （ 3. 8% ）. No scar contracturc occurred. Conclusions Early functional exercise can facilitate functional recovery of effected limb, improve the success rate of operations and patients＇ life quality. Patients should not exercise too early lest the effected limb be excessively fired.
