中老年糖尿病患者低血糖相关知识调查分析及对策

摘　　要：目的了解中老年糖尿病患者对低血糖相关知识的掌握情况。方法自行设计糖尿病低血糖相关知识问卷,对中老年糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果只有11.7%患者了解低血糖发生的原因,19.5%患者了解低血糖症状,了解低血糖处理方法的患者占14.3%。结论糖尿病患者对低血糖相关知识缺乏了解,与患者的年龄、重视不够及家属的认识不足有关,护理人员应针对以上原因采取对策,加强患者及家属重视低血糖的防治,以减少低血糖发生所造成的危害。Objective To understand the state of knowledge of hypoglycemia in middle-aged and old diabetics. Methods Patients were investigated on their relevant knowledge of diabetic hypoglycemia. Result Only 11.7% of patients understood the reason of the hypoglycemia, 19.5% of patients knew the symptom of hypoglycemia, and 31.1% of patients didn＇t know how to handle hypoglycemia. Conclusions The patients were lack of the knowledge of hypoglycemia. The Patients and family members should pay more attention of the prevention and treatment of the hypoglycemia to reduce the harm caused by hypoglycemia.
